What "HE" detergent works best with my Maytag Front Loading Clothes Washer? - maytag laundry

If we have only a Maytag Epic Front Loader, which require us to a special detergent called HE (High Efficiency) detergent. But I'm not sure that the brand of detergent that works best with my Maytag. Has anyone recommended by their experiences with Maytag?
